How does it work?

1. Identification of Hosted Buyers by our teams

Our in-house Top Buyers department selects buyers with projects, from 1 week to 18 months out, that can be delivered by the show's exhibitors.

2. Project qualification

Our digital platform makes it possible, in real time, to know the Top Buyers' projects as well as the companies able to meet them fully or partially. It also helps avoid validating requests, on either side, when there are not enough exhibitors to respond, or conversely when there are too many exhibitor requests compared to the number of available Hosted Buyers. All of this information is accessible in real time to every relevant department via our digital platform.

3. Appointment validation

Appointments are validated by both buyers and exhibitors before being matched, to ensure their relevance. This way, buyers only meet exhibitors matching their needs, and exhibitors only meet buyers with qualified projects.

4. Meetings on your stand

One to one meetings take place directly on the exhibitor's stand, so they can present their products and solutions. The exhibitor also gains visibility on all buyers who may have future needs related to their solutions but who were not matched automatically, because their projects did not specifically match their type of product or solution. This allows them to identify new opportunities and start a business relationship with these buyers.

5. Tracking and measurement

Each exhibitor has a proprietary algorithm allowing them to see, in real time, how their appointments evolve, track their contacts and measure their satisfaction. This data is created and analyzed so that CEOs, sales directors and marketing teams can follow the show's progress in real time.
